Realtime report not counting

Hello. im having problem with realtime reports my minutes is not counting always at 00:00

but my php.ini has a timezone, tried to repair my database using the code below but still the same. any possible solution to get the counter back to work thanks

mysqlcheck -u root -p --auto-repair --optimize --all-databases

This is likely an installation based issue. But you have not listed your installer version or the name of the .iso from which you installed.

Is this a fresh install? Or a new problem on an old machine? Is this problem on all campaigns?

i dunno the version of the iso. my installer is missing sorry for incomplete info.. this machine running in a month only. before this is working. when i tried to execute check optimize repair to sql lots of times. the error appeared.. is my database has a problem? or what. also i have 1 user i think that has wrong info for the number of calls.. thanks

when you sit at the console or log in via ssh, the resulting "welcome" screen should contain your installation method and version.

you may just need to reboot. have you?
