Can we use a different browser other than Mozilla? or is it the best practice to use Mozilla for agent's login?
We are having issues with some of our agents on Mozilla's "work offline". If it is checked you wont receive any calls but on monitoring your still on "resume", I think some agents knew about it and they are doing this to avoid calls. What can you advice? We cannot monitor them every minute so maybe there is a workaround for this.
