What method did you use to install? That is quite an old version of asterisk.

Is this a new server or one you have had a while?

If new I would recommend installing the vicibox .iso version this will install the latest working system.

I'm regards to your existing problem I suspect it is caused by your lead file being bigger than max file sizes setting in your systems php.ini

Without knowing your install method or is I can't tell you whet this file is but a quick search of the system should find it.

If you increase the max file size to a value larger than the list your trying then should solve problem.

Of your lead file is bigger than about 20mb you will have buddies and would be best to split it into smaller chunks

Regards

Dear Fibre, how are you? Thanks in advanced for your reply. I changed the file php.ini in /etc/php4/apache2/, but occurs the same error, like below:
Warning: fopen(/tmp/dialer_teste.txt) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/vicidial/admin_listloader_fourth_gen.php on line 1549

Warning: fgets(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /var/www/vicidial/admin_listloader_fourth_gen.php on line 1553
ERROR: The file does not have the required number of fields to process it.
My installation is in a production server, I would like to use the predictive dial of Vicidial and I followed the link on blogspot "Vicidial installation on Debian squeeze", but I dont can use Vicidial, report this error and outbound campaign is not working too.
Thanks in advanced for your attention with me.
With Best Regards
Josue

If you are a new user, you should not be attempting a "manual" installation on an existing OS. You should cut 95% of your learning curve out by installing from Vicibox.com's .iso image. Just go to Vicibox.com, download the standard server, answer the questions during install (I believe there is also a PDF to help you through installation). Then, when installation is complete, download the vicidial manager's manual from EFLO.net to assist you with configuration (do not skip anything in this manual, start from the beginning and work your way to the end or until everything you want works). If you bump into a snag on any of these, bring us the version of the manual you are working from, the page, and the line you are on with a precise description of your error. And we'll help you past the bump.

Vicidial production servers require a physical machine, but for "testing" purposes, you can build it in a virtual box (vmware, vsphere, proxmox) and it will work for a single agent. But when you want actual production, it will require a dedicated server.

Newbie Suggestions! 8-) (I give these to everyone, you're today's winnner!):

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600
___________

Happy Hunting! 8-)
