hopper not loading

Good Day, my problem is when the hopper is not being populated but the campaign shows it still has dialable leads. according to the one handling vicidial , it started when he created a new filter and run it , then suddenly the campaign won't load any leads in hopper , . i tried to run VDhopper.pl but i had this error

feedback : I tried to load a new list for another campaign for another country , and the list populated the hopper normally on the campaign , now we tried to transfer that list to the campaigns that are having problems and it also populated it's hopper , now we tried to open the list intended for that campaign that at first we are having problems , and now it populated it already. Any insight about what may have caused this

Your filter is the problem, from what i can see from the error it ends with an "and",
post your filter so we can take a look at it

turn off the filter and change to the original, unaltered, 24 hour time settings. if that works, experiment with each of them to find which it is. Always test filters before use (or test them as soon as you change them to be sure they do not break functionality).
