this is indicative of a bigger problem. is your hard drive full? did you MD5 check the installation .iso to be sure it was not corrupt? Is your HD dying? Is your memory corrupt?

And on a similar note: You mention vicibox 4.0 ... but is it 4.0.1 or .2 or .3? And asterisk 1.4.4 vici does not exist .. is it 1.4.40-vici? And what about your Vicidial version with build (required!)?

Is this server virtual or physical?

did you try to repair the database? Specifically those tables? I was expecting that you had already tried this, but if you have not ...:

Code: Select all
mysqlcheck --auto-repair asterisk vicidial_live_agents -p

mysqlcheck --auto-repair asterisk vicidial_manager -p

reinstall your system onto a stable hardware base. i have never heard of a DB crashing unless the system was being powered off unexpectedly or had a HD that was dying. Do you reboot this system nightly? And do you do so by pulling out the power cord? LOL
