always post your Vicidial Version with Build. While it is good to know how you installed it ... (ie: goautodial 2.1), the actual version you are using is required to get the cool free help on this site.

i do not, however, think that the feature you request is available even in the latest trunk of vicidial. i could be mistaken, of course, because i have not checked. if you want to check you could install the latest version of Vicidial in a Virtual Machine to see for yourself. Use the .iso image from vicibox.com and ask it to install the latest svn code. And you'll see all the other features available in SVN trunk while you're at it.

simplistic and outside the vicidial structure. but viable. certainly.

I presume you inserted that as the new ",1," in the trunkinbound context in extensions.conf?

sir, i need some guidance.
In my inbound setup , i have 5 agents and for transferring live calls to different agent i have created 5 In-Groups , so that agent transferring to anothoer agent by choosing name of in group.
This is working okey, but i know this is not appropriate way for this work.
Kindly guide me how to do this with single ingroup/campaing and how can i transfer a live call to a particualer agents.

thanks

1) I would recommend you create a new post/thread for a new question like this.

2) Read the manual! LOL It is available on EFLO.net in both free and paid versions. It covers "agentdirect" ingroup methodology quite plainly. However, your present solution likely makes this just as easy as agent direct (choosing an agent by name). It involved more setup for you (the administrator), but that has already been done and it results in a simpler transfer method for the agents.

3) Here are some basic newbie suggestions to help you on your way:

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600
