Hello to everybody
I am new on Vicidial I just installed it on my own Call Center and I am needing a little bit of help with this I installed GoAutodial with Version 2.2.1-237 Build 100510-2015
I created a campaign the agents logs in correctly receives the calls but the client on the other side hear a message and I want to remove this message I tried a lot of things and I am tired and stressed
can anyone assist me on setting up this problem!
