Hi All vici's

Problem description and some supporting details:

Press 1 attended opt in campaign

Campaign routing extension 8366 Survey options:
Survey DTMF Digits: 12a
Survey No-Response Action: OPTOUT

Calls go out fine............on almost every occasion 48 out of 50 calls the call auto "opts in" with no called party DTMF interaction, fax machines, answering machines, dead air nearly all calls are considered "opt in"
I've confirmed the issue on 2 separate servers. These are newer builds. I haven't reported an issue in Mantis yet. Anyone having the same experience?

On the carrier specifically

that would be because you need to set the default to opt-in instead of opt-out to get the "do not send them to an agent unless they press 1" behavior. try it. 8-)
