Agents need a small delay between inbound calls

Hi,

Is there any way to generate a small delay after an agent closes an inbound call, before she receives the next call?

Now our agents complain that during rush hours they don't have time to click the pause button after the previous call. A delay of maybe 2 seconds could be appropriate between calls.

(I know, it might sound strange to have pauses during the busiest times, but that's what we need now.. I'm just a tech guy.)

So far I've been wading through agent, ingroup and campaingn settings in the system and the manual, and haven't found anything that could be relevant to this issue.

I'd appreciate any hint.

Our system:
Vicibox 3.1.15 / .iso
VERSION: 2.6-393a
BUILD: 130124-1721
Asterisk version: 1.4.38-vici
IBM System X3550/X3650
Sangoma E1 -card

Ah, never mind.

On campaign detailed settings, enabling the "Agent Pause After Next Call Link" solved my problem.

Doh!

Or the otheroption is to tell the agents to click the pause tick box on the call disposition screen which puts them on pause straight from dispo.

That way they can pause when they need to and not automatically after every call!

Yeah, that would have been an option too, but we don't use the dispo screen here, so the tick box on the main screen works better for us.
