log in issues taking too long

just wanna ask guyz if why our agents taking so long to successfully log in in the agents web interface of the vici..


we are using a host server not locally..

Perhaps you are on a Virtual server. Perhaps your server is overloaded. Perhaps your internet connection is very slow. Perhaps your server is UnderPowered (ie: Pentium 4! LOL).

All of these are obvious possibilities, but there are more ... 8-)

i think this probably my internet connection coz i ask my client they have no problem with the server

so what you can suggest internet speed or what type for fast browsing and calling using vici..?

does it matter with the download speed of my internet? coz my internet has a higher upload than download speed

the vicidial phone calls require speed in both directions to be fast. whichever number is lowest (which is invariably upload speed) is your actual speed. You should have 100k per agent available and NOT allow any other internet usage by anyone.
