updating data after hunging up

hi
I would like to have feedback on the comments fields that the agents have written once the call is hung up.
I can see it from the admin page, but is there a way to ensure that the agent may be easier to get to.

Agents cannot modify a record after they hang up the call. Later versions have "per call notes" which allow a note to be recorded after hangup. but the version you are on may not have this. If the agent is to continue to make notes, the agent should not press "hangup customer" until those notes are completed. This is a feature of vicidial: It requires an agent to be on a call with a customer to make modifications to the customer record.

Later versions do have an interface designed to be used by a remote agent to make "after the call" notes, but i do not know if this is available in your version, either.

ok thank you for the answer. I have a server on which I did the upgrade. I call notes per call option enabled.
but notes that agents take I do not see them in the table concerned in the database

per call notes are in vicidial_call_notes not in vicidial_list.
