transfering calls append a 9 to the number dialing

When transfering a call that is an outside line, it inserts a 9 prefix even though the campaign is marked with an X. Is this something hardcoded? which script handles the call tranfsers in the client?

Have you tried checking the OVERRIDE box in the transfer frame before transferring the call?

Yup, it worked! What exactly does the override checkbox do?

It overrides the 9 and dials exactly what you put into the "number to dial" field.
