If they recently hungup, how can they hear anything?
Check for duplicate vicidial_conferences entries and make sure your agents hang up their phone and click LOGOUT when they are done with their session.

I also had the same problem once, when two agents reported that they hear each other's voices. I noticed that VICIDIAL assigned the SAME session Id to both agents.
I asked them to logout and show me how they did it, but they could not reproduce the problem. I have specified far more conferences in Asterisk than there is agents. I do not think that VICIDIAL could have ran out of session ids.
So far I never had that problem again. Probably just a glitch?

It was probably just one agent not logging out properly or a duplication of a vicidial_conferences entries.
