voice files are of 60Kb only in /var/spool/monitor/ORIG/ ???

hi
in my system voice files are not recorded
in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/ORIG/
files are of 60 kb for that day
in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/DONE/
only 3 or 4 files are there for a day but atleast 2500 nos are dialed for a day
in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/
there are only 3 for 4 calls per day
i hv run
perl -d AST_CRON_mix_recordings_BASIC.pl
it also runs fine
BTW when runnig without vicidial
that is manual dialing call are rcorded and are of more than 60 kB in size
so help me in this why there is recodirng of 60Kb only

Do you have your recording for your campaign set to ALLCALLS?

Do you see any output in Asterisk CLI when you try to manually record a call with vicidial.php?

in vicidial campagin i have set it to record all calls
how can i manually record a call

what is the output on the Asterisk CLI when a call is received by an agent?

i dont know but when i restarted the server (may be the windows way)
every thing is working file
the files are recording for today
