timer for wait and break?

On the Agent page there is a timer that counts up while they are on a call.

Is there a timer or a way to make this timer show while they are waiting for a call or even when they go on break?

This is useful information when a supervisor is walking the floor, or even for the agent to know how long in between calls or how long they have been on a break.

not on the agent screen, but there is one in the Real Time screen for this purpose. All agents visible on single screen. Kinda handy.

Please always post your installation method with version (and link to instructions if not from a vicidial .iso)

I need it available for the agents, not just the supervisors
