Vtiger 5.4 integration with GoAutodial

Hi,
I have GoAutodial 2.0, Single Server - SIP Trunk - No extra Hardware - No extra Software -
VERSION: 2.4-309a
BUILD: 110430-1642

I have Vtiger CRM 5.4.0 installed on other server.

I want to integrate my GoAutoDial with Vtiger CRM 5.4.0 installed on another server.
Both servers are on Public IP and can access each other, there is no firewall.

I'll be very thankful for support and guidelines.
