monitor trunk line after 3 way call and agent has left the party.
OK, i don't know if this is a setting i just don't see or if it is even possible, but since the dialer is running on a open trunk line the full time that a call is active to the 3rd party, i think it should be possible, but i don't know how
For example, when we send a our transfers to a external number i would like to be able to view that open line in real time to see when that trunk is closed down (ie external personal hangs up.
Is there a setting or a script somewhere to make this possible
