monitor trunk line after 3 way call and agent has left the party.

OK, i don't know if this is a setting i just don't see or if it is even possible, but since the dialer is running on a open trunk line the full time that a call is active to the 3rd party, i think it should be possible, but i don't know how

For example, when we send a our transfers to a external number i would like to be able to view that open line in real time to see when that trunk is closed down (ie external personal hangs up.

Is there a setting or a script somewhere to make this possible

We usually set up a different 3-way dial prefix(campaign setting) to go to the defaultlog Call Menu to be recorded and then go back as the standard dial prefix call. This can all be done in the admin.php web interface if the custom dialplan entries system setting feature is enabled.

I may be a little confused, i really dont need to record, i just want to be able to monitor the trunks in real time.

ie after the agent leaves three way call, and the trunk is still open i want to be able to see that trunk in real time until it terminates, like the real time screen.

Sorry about that, in Asterisk monitor=recording :)

We haven't had that request before, but I'm sure it would be possible to add a way to monitor those channels in a report. The live_sip_channels table would have the channels connecting to the meetme room as defined in the vicidial_conferences table as being in a left 3way call, so it's just a matter of putting that all together into a report.

I'm gonna go way out on a limb here and guess that the table in question is in the Asterisk mysql database.

Try this in MySQL when your system is running:
