Softphone not working

I have cloned my server....xxx.xxx.xxx.228. Everything works on it. As stated I made and exact copy at xxx.xxx.xxx.229. For some reason my softphone allows me to dial out...my cell rings, I can answer, but there is no audio. However, in the softphone (Zoiper) if I switch back to the xxx.xxx.xxx.228 ip everything works again. Any ideas?

You might need to run the script /usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl depending on how you cloned the server.
Maybe a firewall is blocking RTP packages (which normally goes on UDP ports 10,000-65,535), either the iptables firewall or separate one.
"Model=QEMU Virtual CPU version 1.2.0" -I dont know what that is but virtual is known to mean trouble with vicidial with agent > 1
