I would first recommend upgrading to at least 2.0.2 release as well as Asterisk 1.2.14.

What status is the agent in when they disappear?

How often does it happen?

Is it reproducable?

I remember this, when a user was in pause mode they would dissappear after being paused (and I think maybe even "READY") when they exceeded 60 seconds, or 2 minutes or 5 minutes something like that.

i'm also encountering something similar to frank's situation. mine however, is that after a few hours, all the agents disappear from the realtime monitoring screen. i'm using astguiclient-2.0.2 and asterisk-1.2.14. it's as if everyone got disconnected. this has happened at least once everyday since i upgraded to astguiclient-2.0.2 from 2.0.1. i'll try to post the asterisk cli later.

Are there any crontab scripts that run when this happens?

Is it predictable?

Do you have multiple servers?

i have multiple servers. 2 asterisk/vicidial and 1 mysql/web server. i'm still investigating if it's predictive. i don't have the asterisk cli yet. i'm still waiting for the next "disappearing" event.
