Call-Backs

Hi there,

The Call-Back feature:

When a user sets a call-back in Campaign A and then later on logs into Campaign B.

They will not be able to see the call-backs they have set in Campaign A.

IS there anything i can do to allow the users call-backs to push through on any campaign.

If its simple then I apologize. :)

That is what the System Setting "Agent Only Callback Campaign Lock" is for.
