But the problem of using the Off Hook, if the agent by mistake pressed (or closed) the conference call which comes for it once he login, then still he has to go for the admin page and request to connect again (it does not call automatically the Phone again, while the phone is auto answer .. so this will help to let the agent into the room automatically .. but is it possible)?
I am stuck into the hangup .. it is causing the problems for my travel .. I can move for off hook if it resolve it, but the problem that I do not need every little the agent to login specifically once he close the conference .. so it will be considered OUT.

Bilal, please do not hijack posts. This thread deals with an agent not being able to log in to the agent interface. It is not related to your "hangup problem" which I don't fully understand. I'd like to help, but your thread is not on my list right now and it is impolite to interrupt other threads to try to get help on yours out of turn. When I get to your thread, I'll respond to it if I have anything to offer. I have a very limited amount of time on here and there are a lot of Vicidial users to annoy before I'm done.
