Not able to login to agent gui

Hi
From Admin gui, I have added one user and one campaing and one remote agent.
Now I opened
http://localhost/vicidial/vdremote.php, it is giving me the below message
- Code: Select all
This remote agent does not exist: |6666|
I am not understanding why it is not askign for login credentails as noramlly as it did for admin gui page and why it is taking login name as 6666 default and failing.
I haven;t configured admin(6666) user agent.
Could you please tell me what I need to do?

Hi
I have opened this url(
http://localhost/vicidial/vdremote.php) in another system and I am able to login. But I don't see the page which is given as in the below url
http://astguiclient.sourceforge.net/screenshots.htmlI see a page with liks in the top as
MODIFY STATUS INBOUND STATUS
MODIFY remote agent entry
And the agent details are displayed with submit button.
How do I see the page shown in the below url

From welcome.php, I clicked on Agent Login, from there I tried to login after that stopped with the error messag
"Sorry, there are no leads in the hopper for this campaign"
I followed the manager manual and uploaded test_VICIDIAL_lead_file.txt in Load Leads screen under List.
It was uploaded successfully.
In the list creatiion selected teh campaign whcih I created and associated the agent user.
I checked vicidial_hopper table it is empty.. Please let me know what I have to do.....

make sure under the campaign ur under has "NEW" in the dial status...one hopper issue that can happen
also make sure u created a "phone" for them

Hello Paruchurup;
I noticed that you tried to use remote agent and the standard agent. Well, the main reason that I need to use remote agent is the hangup. The problem of the hangup that it is required to click on hangup button after each finished call which is a bad thing because if the agent forgot, then all the queue flow will be damaged and the call center will be effected badly.
Was you able to resolve this?
Have u tried to configured the agent to be remote agent and to login from the normal interface and in this case the hangup will be resolved as the remote agent resolve the hangup using the API? Appreciate your kindly help and advise.
If I used remote agent from the vdremote.php then this page is poor unless there are some other pages or some other settings that I do not know it and it makes the remote agent is rich.
Please if you have experience and you can help me, I am in a need for this.

1) Welcome to the Party!
2) Download the Vicidial Manager's Manual from EFLO.net. Then begin at page one and do not skip anything. If you bump into a problem, bring us the page and line number and a detailed description of your problem and we'll walk you through it.
And I did say: Don't skip anything. LOL
That should get you a functional system, if you don't skip anything. Start at the beginning ... don't skip ... (really!)

Hello William
I already downloaded the manual and read it.
But for this hangup .. I am not able to see a certain solution to overcome it.
By the way, if I used Off-Hook, the hangup problem can be resolved? But the problem of using the Off Hook, if the agent by mistake pressed (or closed) the conference call which comes for it once he login, then still he has to go for the admin page and request to connect again (it does not call automatically the Phone again, while the phone is auto answer .. so this will help to let the agent into the room automatically .. but is it possible)?
I am stuck into the hangup .. it is causing the problems for my travel .. I can move for off hook if it resolve it, but the problem that I do not need every little the agent to login specifically once he close the conference .. so it will be considered OUT.
Please william, just put me in the road .. this will help me/

Bilal, please do not hijack posts. This thread deals with an agent not being able to log in to the agent interface. It is not related to your "hangup problem" which I don't fully understand. I'd like to help, but your thread is not on my list right now and it is impolite to interrupt other threads to try to get help on yours out of turn. When I get to your thread, I'll respond to it if I have anything to offer. I have a very limited amount of time on here and there are a lot of Vicidial users to annoy before I'm done.

did you notice that was written 5 days ago?
