vicidial.org

It is possible to add more fields to vicidial dialer page . I know we can sbstitute current fields by editing html and putting some other name ( keeping names same for database ) ... but still total number of fields are less for many of our campaigns . IS it possible ???

Not right now, but on the development roadmap is a way to add fields to the vicidial.php screen with custom tables per campaign. This is nowhere near started at this time, but it is in the plans.

I have edited vicidial.php to show some custom labels instead of Province,sec code and all that fields .. for my present campaign and its working fine for now . Is it easy to integrate the webform feature to pop up some crm for that lead ? HAs anybody implemented this successfuly?

I have implemented several systems to use the webform and the SCRIPT tab to open up internal CRM systems(In fact I just did one yesterday). You just need to usually write a small PHP script to convert the variables for the web form, or for the SCRIPT tab you can customize the variables yourself within the IFRAME(see help for more info).

Would it be possible to update the data fields from the campaign?

vicidial page has lot of extra fields which might not be required by many camoaigns . What i did is edited field labels in vicidial.php and didnt touch coloumn names or anything in database .
