In group routing clarification

Hi,

We have vicidial install with 20 agents logged in. we have one blended campaign and one inbound only campaign. we are setting using two different caller id for both the campaigns.

We are now facing a strange problem that the inbound calls are getting transferred to both campaigns.

Is there anything I am missing here?

No additional software or hardware installed
