Connection Time out

After installing the vicidial by following the step by step procedure on how to install vicidial. When I tried to access the vicidial on the other PC, I cant pull up the vicidial page. It's just says connctiong to 192.168.1.100 then it takes a while then it shows connection timed out.

I used the 32 bit standard installation.

Any help or idea on how to fix this? I was stuck on this for 3 days now and I keep on installing it over and over and over again.

you say you followed "the step by step procedure" but not which procedure that may be.

start here: Download the .iso image at Vicibox.com and follow the instructions in the PDF that show how to install Vicibox. Vicibox is an installation .iso for Vicidial. After you are done following the installation instructions, use the Vicidial Manager's Manual (available Free at EFLO.net) to configure and manage the system. As soon as it's up and working, get a paid copy of the manual for Long Term Learning (and/or take a course if you want a "quick start").

Or lease a server from someone!
