New version of vicibox and no real-time access **SOLVED**

I have the latest vicibox installed and working (Cluster too)
But I cant for the life of me get Real-Time report screen or any of the reports working.

What errors are you seeing?
Have you checked the apache error_log?

Check the "User Level" and "View Reports" values for the user.

we not seeing an errors, just it keeps asking me to login and does not accept my login, yet I can do everything else.

did you change the user-level of the user you are trying to log in as to see this report?
to test, change that user to level 9 and make sure the user has ALL options turned on in both user and user group. be sure not to activate anything that says "block"

Which user group does this user belong to, and what are the permissions for that user group?

We fixed it was a user_group permission error. Stupid me.
