On-Hook Agent Transfer/Conf Call

I am testing out ON-Hook Agent to transfer/conference a call but wasn't able to.
cli output is

here's what I want to do
On-Hook agent will receive an inbound call, then the agent will transfer the call or conference the call to TPV.

your problem is not really related to on-hook agents (unless you tried this with a regular agent and it works?)

it is related to the 3-way call dial prefix. that is where the carrier for 3-way calls is chosen. this alters the dialplan for the call to the TPV so it can match a carrier. without it ... no match and you get the result above. unless you modify a carrier to match "_1NXXNXXXXXX" to catch that dial pattern you have in your example.
