Hi there:

We just purchased a company with a remote call center that uses goautodialer (vicidialer). I was given a link to manuals for 3.0 or greater. Does anyone have access to manuals for version 2.0?

the software you are using is Vicidial. the manuals are available from EFLO.net (free and paid versions). goautodial is an installer for vicidial which happens to put a few extra goodies on the system as well. version 3.0 has enough goodies to warrant something resembling a manual, but before version 3.0 was 2.1 and it only had a wiki. i think the wiki is still there, as should be the wiki for 2.0, but I'm not sure.

if you want manuals for the actual use of the server (campaigns, DIDs, users, etc), this is all in the Vicidial Manager's Manual (because that's the actual software, goautodial is merely the installer)
