Call Back Popup

I can't seem to figure this one out. Shouldn't the agent call backs popup when the call back is supposed to happen? It doesn't do it for my agents so I am assuming I am missing a setting somewhere. Appreciate the help ahead of time! Thank you.

you are indeed missing something. a popup on an agent screen would stop the agent from continuing on the present phone call. disruption is not cool. the agent screen will get a notification, but not a popup. the notification can be Red (and blinking if in firefox). but no popup.

personally, i think "auto-pause" after the call they are on with a popup notifying the agent they were paused to make callbacks would be very nice. 8-)
