i am having a problem in loading lists
i followed the scratch install
with super list loader and all things actually this is second setup first is working fine
when i try to load the same leads as in previous setup in tab delimited text files i made it through exel
it says
The file does not have the required number of fields to process it.
but the same file loads i previous setup
with super list loader
cvs which load in previous setup dosnt load here

have you tried using a custom format(Custom radio button) in the super lead loader?

yes but that also not worked
it shows

LIST ID:
etc and default is none
when you scroll the the filed it should display VENDOR LEAD CODE for VENDOR LEAD CODE and so on
but it displays " " and so on
the page says Processing pipe-delimited file...
from scratch installation
i have done
perl -MCPAN -e shell

install OLE::Storage_Lite (needed for super list loader Excel)
install Spreadsheet::ParseExcel (needed for super list loader Excel)
and it says it is up to date
what to do

can you look in your error log for apache to see if you are getting any errors when the excel parsing perl scripts are running properly?

Do you have your ".pl" scripts in the vicidial web directory set to be executable?

Is your webserver on the same amchine as Asterisk?

all the php files are executable

apatche is same machine as asterisk
and apache is showing no erorr
and is there is any way convert excel file to list loader format
that excel file is in same format as required by list loader
when convert it to tab delimited text or cvs

how can i convert an excel file in proper format understandable by listlodaer

If the file is not uploading to the vicidial web directory then you have another problem somewhere.

to save in another format, just save as tab-delimited text or CSV in Excel and see if either of those work.

i have trye in both text delimited, CVS,excel text every format
but it is not doing

looks like your vicidial directory is not set to allow writing.

chmod 0666 /var/www/html/vicidial/

iit is allowed to write
i have done that
but than also in no awail
the same problem is comming
when i try to load the list it says
there are not enough filed to process
even though the same file uploads in the other setup
now apatche is also not giving any error
how to debug this
