Outbound Calling Report BLANK

Ive been using a hosted vici, found this asterisk 1.4.44-vici (not sure what it means)

But my question is, we do auto dialing of lead lists, as well as have inbound calls (blended campaign) I can see reports for the inbound calls, but when i try to see stats for outbound calls the reports show zero calls, but i know ive had over 1100 outbound calls connected just yesterday.

Does anyone know why our outbound calls arent being recorded?
