Hi all,

I have asterisk running with 6 agents on it. What happens is sometimes when the agents forget to logout, the disposition time is not the expected one. Is there anyway we can write a code to automatically detect when the agent is idle than certain time we can logout them and get the right figures ??

How much time? and at what stage? Is this something that should be configurable per campaign?
