Owner Territories With Auto Dial
Posted: Mon Aug 26, 2013 1:40 pmI am trying to setup user territories for one of my campaigns. I also know that it says it can only be used for manual and inbound_manual dial methods. Is there a way to get this to work with the auto_dial dialing method? Has anyone got it to work this way?
My end goal is when the agents are in the auto_dial campaign, it only gives them calls from the states that we have them licensed to sell in.
