DISPO URL not working when taking inbound calls

I'm still trying to fix this...
Here's what I've tried:
1)Set DISPO URL to point to a script (with all available variables of course) that captures everything posted to it.
2)Call into a campaign via DID
3)The lead was found in the system so information showed on the agent screen.
4)Dispositioned the lead.
Nothing posted to the DISPO URL.
I have tested by manually dialing that same lead and it worked so the issue seems to be only when calling in.
