DISPO URL not working when taking inbound calls

I'm still trying to fix this...

Here's what I've tried:

1)Set DISPO URL to point to a script (with all available variables of course) that captures everything posted to it.
2)Call into a campaign via DID
3)The lead was found in the system so information showed on the agent screen.
4)Dispositioned the lead.

Nothing posted to the DISPO URL.

I have tested by manually dialing that same lead and it worked so the issue seems to be only when calling in.

I too am having this issue. We're wanting to log in our CRM every call the agent takes but can't for inbound calls which is 90% of the calls we are handling. We only get posts for outbound calls dispoed. Any plans on adding this in? See our cluster info below.

I would suggest making sure your in-groups have dispo call url set, then take a look at the url log MySQL table to see what if any entries there are in there for those calls.

I was not setting it on the ingroup. Never even noticed the setting there, only saw it in the campaign settings. Thanks a ton!
