I thought goautodial 3 was at vicidial 2.7? Hm.

Are you sure it isn't just "slow" to call the phone? (Have you tried NOT logging out and seeing if the phone eventually rings?)

Have you rebooted your server recently?

Yes I have rebooted my server many times but problem was same.

Yes it was goautodial 3. Problem was continue for long time and we have tried everything but not able to solve. As you father/mother of all problems is formatting of server :P so we have formatted that server and installed goauto 2.1.
Now its working fine.

We just had that same problem with a fresh vicibox install, but with an old database upgraded into it. It was in a cluster and only happened on ONE of the servers, and only from one client location (not from our location, server is at the client facility). Fresh install cleared it up (client did not want to pay for deep troubleshooting ...). We debated whether it was a networking problem or something unique to their location.

In the end, the client now has the same machine freshly re-installed with the same revision level of Vicidial ... but working properly this time. Hm.
