call transfer

Hi All,
Currently I'm only familiar in administrating outbound call, As day goes by we have a new client and another campaign and configuration will be set, The operations goes like this we will still be doing predictive dialling outbound calling but an addition is added that when a call is about to finished and a sales is made the agent will transfer the call to a specific number. My problem is how to do this call transfer step by step.
