Hi,

Is there a way to live call monitor phone extension calls? or the phone extension will dial outside number like 9 as dial prefix the 1 as country code then 10 digits number? or inbound number call route to phone ext when they are engaged can u monitor them?

Not in Vicidial which uses the meetme room to monitor the calls (those calls don't use meetme rooms and do not show in the realtime screen). But in Asterisk you can monitor any call if you configure it properly. It's a bit complex, but can even be set up to "rotate" through calls if you like. Anything is possible and it can be programmed into an extension or a web page. If you can come up with the rules, it can be done.
