Survey Sent to CallMenu

Hi
i am trying to configure an outbound survey campaign with survey method sent to Call Menu. whenever i set inbound & Blended in my campaigns settings auto dialer stops working ( means predictive dialing stops ) nothing further happens on Asterisk CLi.. everything works fine simple outbound dialing, outbound dialing with Survey method except inbound & blended campaign.

when you set the campaign to blended, the agent must check the blended box to activate outbound dialing. if you modify the user settings, you can have that box pre-selected so they don't have to remember. without checking blended, they are "closers" instead of "ready" in the Realtime screen, which means they ONLY accept inbound calls. Not outbound. So the dialer won't dial for them!
