softphone manual call record

Hi,

Can we do manual dial call on softphone then the number will be recorded to the list id just like when you are using the agent interface?

Nope. You need the agent interface to have the records (campaign, agent ID, phone number and etc) inserted to the database. Why not just use the agent interface for manual dialing instead of the softphone? This way you get the full benefits of Vicidial (recordings, reports, logs and etc).
