Ringing on Auto Dial mode

Is there any way to transfer the call right to an agent while is ringing when on auto dial instead of waiting for an answer? (Basically I would like it to work just like manual dial, where the agent hear the call from the beginning including ringing stage).

Any ideas/suggestions?

You could try adding "answer" to your carrier dialplan. Probably after the AGI. May not work, but then again ...

You could also try loopback dialing (with an answer statement) which is primarily designed to provide ringtone to manual dials and allow calleridname changing for outbound dialing, but may also be useful in this case.
