1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) Show the configuration for the carrier. Show the "INVITE" from sip debug. Show the asterisk cli output BEFORE the output you posted above. You've essentially shown us a video of a car sitting on the side of a road with a flat tire and asked us to determine how it became flat. Show us the previous video and we would likely see it hit the "stop strips" that blew the tire. Otherwise we'd have to be psychic. :)

4) Happy Hunting! 8-)

PS: You should have posted this in "support" as it is a Vicidial Configuration question, not an Installer question. Goautodial is the INSTALLER not the dialer. I'll move it to the support board for you. :)

I also have some undefined problems with edit carriers i.e dialplan entry. When I set format
Code: Select all
exten => _00041X.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _00041X.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@xxxx,tTo)
exten => _00041X.,3,Hangup

and click save settings I got
Code: Select all
exten => _00041X.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _00041X.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:7}@xxxx,,tTo)
exten => _00041X.,3,Hangup

I also noticed that when I click save, it does not sip reloading.

what could be the problem with sip reload ?
I must manual edit file extension-vicidial.conf to get right dialplan, via web browser I can't ?

Also after yum update I can not to connect to asterisk CLI I got unable to connect and I must to run sudo asterisk -& and then asterisk -rvvvv

could you give me some advice to fix problems ?

also no leads in hopper ??

You do realize that you're dialing a totally off 'extension'..., right...?

Check out the third line from your verbose output:
Code: Select all
[Sep 11 11:55:39] -- Executing [3108738298in_file085387105@default:3] Hangup("Local/3108738298in_file085387105@default-c134,2", "") in new stack

You're dialing extension 3108738298in_file085387105 which looks very, VERY different from your outbound route: _00041X.

As for my post now is everything ok!
I was very tired and confused yesterday with a logic of v3. For now is everything ok.

as for memeber @datup
pay attention on custom dial prefix in campaign and when you load leads load it with your country code, not load code from file. After that add in campaign in custom dial prefix 00.
in dialplan entry add _X., and test it
logic of goautodial v3 is a little bit different from v2.1

I have a friend that is having a problem adding a Switch2Voip trunk on his Goautodial installation, the main problem is that he gets a SQL error after he adds the new trunk. Any others with the same problem?

would probably work A LOT better to post the error. Did he try to name the carrier &81%!18&***!? or perhaps "<?PHP crash my server"?
