PARK IVR

Support,

Need to implement PARK IVR but I'm a little confused. How can I edit the " enter your id number " to "enter your credit card number" for example.
Can anyone share some light how to set this up? Ive seen the settings on the campaign detail view, but cannot find any supporting details on google.

That needs to be a custom programmed solution. The park_call_IVR_example.agi is what needs to be edited for your company's requirements.

If all you need to do is change the audio prompts, take a look at the source code of that script.
