I am getting this error quite frequently in the Asterisk CLI on all 3 of my dialers here in this location, and on my 4 dialers in our other location. All dialers are running Asterisk 1.2.14, and AGC 2.0.2. Here is the error:

channel.c:2482 __ast_request_and_dial: Don't know what to do with control frame 15

Any ideas?

It's a bug fixed in Asterisk 1.2.15, you should ignore it.
