When looking at real-time screen, the MM:SS is stuck on 0 and the color never changes when someone is in the "ready" status, also the time on the server is still 3 hours ahead, and when I load leads it doesn't set the GMT correctly it keeps it at 0.

I know this is allot but I assume it's all connected somehow.

check your system time if its in synch with the agent workstations time
