For some reason a new webserver/telco server combined machine recently added to my cluster to run an off site office is having some difficulty.. All of the status's in the outbound log are showing 'DISPO' and all the reporting based on the outbound call log is also not correct. While the outbound log is not correct the agent activity log seems to be ok.
Any ideas here are some samples.

[Solved]!!
BTW the installer was ViciBox Redux v.4.0.3 released
This turned out to be as simple as the php timezone was set to UTC while the system time was set to PST/LA .. I discovered that the reports were a day ahead but only in the evening and when I fixed that to fix the report data it also fixed the log entries... I'm guessing the database could not complete a proper join on the data to populate the database correctly.... But at least it was an easy fix..
edit /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini with either vi or nano
search for date.timezone
mine was:
date.timezone = 'UTC'
I changed it to:
date.timezone = America/Los_Angeles
Not sure how this happened or why other than the fact that the server was originally installed without web services I'm guessing the installer only set the timezone if it was told it was going to be a web server also.
Anyways hope this helps someone else sometime..
