Inbound Call tranfer to another agent in the same ingroup ?

I have fully installed Goautodial v3 with a newest update.
I setup outbound and inbound campaign (Allow inbound and outbound), inbound group and one did number.
Agents login to that campaign and receiving calls . Everything works great.

Next, I have the following request: when agent answer to inbound call and after that he wants to transfer that call to another agent who is logged in the same campaign and ingroup ,could you give me some directions how to configure it ?

In agents interface gumb "Transfer" is grey.
In campaign options I have "Allowed Transfer Group" and I checked my ingroup (ingroup for which I setup my did number) ?

In ingroup I probably must set some fileds ?? any help or suggestion ?

1) You want to force the call to a specific agent: See the instructions in the Vicidial Manager's Manual (and on this forum) for the AgentDirect Ingroup.
2) You want to send the call to any other available agent because this agent is incapable of closing the call (wrong skill set for this call ...): See "Closer Groups" which involves setting up a second ingroup as a Transfer group which would have Closers Only on it.

Otherwise, explain why this agent is transferring the call back to himself (which would be entirely possible if he transfers the call to the Ingroup that he's in! LOL)

Also: Please note that this question belongs in the "Support" board, not the "Goautodial" board which is just the installer. Vicidial is the actual dialer software and this question is well within the "dialer" range and not related to "installer' or "OS" which is what the goautodial board is for. Moving to support! You'll get more viewers and likely more help when placing questions in the appropriate board. :)
