How can I to know if a call is incoming or outgoing?

When I do a manual dial, it appears "STATUS: Called: (650)050-0 UID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"

But, as in incoming call as outgoing non-manual dial, it appears "STATUS: Incoming: (650)050-0 UID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"


There are any way to tell them apart? :roll:

I want that the agent knows it. The agent should not have real time report access.

If I set Get Call Launch in the in-group, it wil launch only for incoming calls and not for outbound calls?

The agent can see the status line at the top of the agent screen which will include the ingroup name AND COLOR if the call is inbound. Use striking colors to be sure they notice.
