While building out new production server with CentOS 4.3 x86_64, I installed the PHP RPM it came with, and updated it to 4.3.9-3.15 via yum. It turns out to be incompatible, as vicidial/admin.php would be blank.
The solution is to manually install php per SCRATCH_INSTALL. Don't bother with CentOS's php rpm.
