How to solve the authentication problem?

Pls help me to solve he authentication problem!!

In some of the call centers they wil allow only thae numbers to call if it start with some prefix like 100100, to change the prefix of the lead number what we should do?
What changes to be made in dail plan?
Plz help me to solve this problem!! :roll:

If you mean dial prefix (example 100100) specified by your service provider (registered and assigned to variable TRUNK), modify your dialplan thus:

Edit extensions.conf

; To call the US
exten => _1.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _1.,2,Dial(${TRUNK}/100100${EXTEN},90,tTo)
exten => _1.,3,Hangup

Thanks...But still i find an error...Pls help me!!

When the agent logins the page...
It says there are no leads in the hopper...
But i hav loaded the leads already...

When i manually dial i am getting the following error
