Barge without being disconnected after each call

My Agent logs in to Meetme session ID = 86000XX. As a Manager, I barge in by using my softphone to dial that same ID, so that I can both listen and talk (jump-in) to the Customer as needed.

The problem is, each time the Agent hangs up, I get disconnected. This means that if the Agent makes 1,000 calls, I have to redial that same ID 1,000X - this gets old fast. I know I can blind monitor by dialing 0 + ID. This is half the solution because I no longer am disconnected after each Agent call, but the problem here is I can no longer talk/participate in the call.

Any help would be great appreciated.

If I'm not mistaken you dial 7 before the session id to stay in the conference..
Or you can use the real-time main report: "Choose Report Display Options" -> "Monitor:" (BARGE) -> "Phone:" (your phone) -> "Submit" -> and click on barge for the users you want
and your phone will ring and put you in the conference when you answer
